Wednesday Brews is an informal social group, not a business. These terms are short because there is not much to say.

Membership

Anyone can ask to join. Organisers may approve, decline, or remove members at their discretion — it is a group of friends, and it stays that way. You must be 21 or over.

Text messages

By joining you agree to receive text messages from Wednesday Brews about our weekly meetups. Message frequency varies, roughly 1–3 per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Only sign up with a number that belongs to you.

Being decent

Use your real name, upload photos only of the group and only with the room's knowledge, and treat other members' details as private — the directory exists so people can recognise each other, not so anyone can be contacted elsewhere. Don't use the group to sell or promote anything.

The gatherings

We meet in public venues and you attend at your own risk and your own expense. You are responsible for how you get home. Organisers are volunteers and are not responsible for anything that happens at a gathering, and plans can change or be cancelled at any time.

The site

It is run by a volunteer on a small server, provided as-is, and will occasionally be down. Attendance counts, tiers, and the leaderboard are for fun, and an organiser may correct them.
